It’s that time of year again when you can enjoy gulping down a cold drink in one go!

Our signature “Tai-meshi” is a carefully crafted dish beloved by many visitors to Marunouchi. We use a rich broth made from the bones of red sea bream sourced from Wakayama, and since we cook it in a clay pot after receiving your order, it’s always served fresh. The contrast between the aromatic crispy rice at the bottom of the pot and the plump, tender texture of the fish is a testament to our chefs’ craftsmanship.
